  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 avocado, sliced
